In With The Good And Out With The Bad


In with the good and out with the bad I always say.  Get rid of all the things that hinder your growth.  Holding on to the past will stun your growth and cause you to lose out in life.  Don't be afraid, let go and begin to live a new life.  Experiencing not so good things in the past can have a negative effect on ones present and future.  Its not easy letting go of things sometimes, and being hurt can alter your journey.  Let it go!  Maybe some of us need help in releasing, but it has to be done in order to continue to make a difference in your life.   Its all about growing and forgiving.  Forgiving those who have done you wrong can be very hard to do.  But this has to be done in order to move on in life.  Holding onto a negative past can cause all sorts of stress and pressures that will eventually bring about sickness.   So many are dealing with health issues because they just won't let go of those pains of yesterday.  Some people even feel that they have forgiven, but really deep down they are still pressed with the pain.  What do you do when this happens?  How can you be free from those nightmares of what was?



A reality check is needed and you need to examine yourself.  Thank about it and ask yourself a question.  "Did I really let go and forgive those who have caused me pain?"  Let the negative energy flow out and allow the positive energy to replace it.  Care about yourself and be your best friend sometimes we have to give that pat on our own back.  Don't blame yourself for what others have done to you.  Everyone has be accountable for their own actions.  You are not the blame for someone else's wrong.  So, breath in the good and exhale the bad.
