Meditation At Its Best

Yoga Meditation ~ What is the definition of Meditation

Life can be very hectic at times, but who said that we have to allow it to change our attitude?    Do you dread getting up in the morning?  Do you find life difficult to handle?  Well, maybe it is time for you to do something about it.  Do something for yourself!  Stop!  Then, breathe!  Take sometime to mediate and it will help you to handle life and its stresses.

Most people think that meditation is old and played out.  But it is really a great way to find yourself and control your condition.  We have to first understand that unfortunate things come in our lives to help us to focus, change and to grow.  Maybe life is hectic for you, and you are going through a lot of difficulties.  Meditation can help you handle those situations and relax your mind, body and spirit.

Researchers have proven that Meditation helps us relax and develop our power of concentration.

Inhale, and God approaches you.  Hold the inhalation, and God remains with you.  Exhale, and you approach God.  Hold the exhalation, and surrender to God.  ~ Krishnamacharya

You do not need to leave your room.
Remain sitting at your table and listen.
Do not even listen, simply wait.
Do not even wait, be quiet, still and solitary.
The world will freely offer itself to you to be unmasked.
It has no choice, it will roll in ecstasy at your feet.
By Franz Kafka

"Meditate.  Breathe consciously.  Listen.
Pay attention.  Treasure every moment.
Make the connection."
By Oprah Winfrey
