Yoga and Its Benefits

Have you ever said "I wish I knew then what I know now"?  I have been saying that every since I discovered just how great and beneficial Yoga is .  It has enlightened me and gave me a brand new outlook on life.  Not to mention the benefits that it has for your health and well being.  I truly enjoy it and feel great!  In life we make decisions everyday concerning life and issues that we have to face.  We deal with stress, body changes and everyday concerns.  Yoga has given me a new challenge on life.  It taught me how I can handle all of these situations without getting wind up about my choices.  So many of us are suffering from illnesses that has brought us to a stand still in life.  Our life is a journey that we all have to travel.  Some things come to us in order to direct us in the direction that we must go.  For me, Yoga was one of the best things that ever happened to me in my life.  I am so happy to have this great experience.  My body feels excellent, my health is getting better as we speak, my mind is sharp and I am losing weight.  What a wonderful way to love yourself!  Being good to yourself is very important.  In my journey, I have placed my life on hold for many reasons.  Now I have been given a change to explore, discover and make things happen for me.  Do yourself a great favor and try Yoga.  I know that you will love it!
